You Are There is the fourth album by Japanese rock band Mono, released in 2006. It was recorded in 2005 at the Electrical Audio Studios in Chicago, Illinois, by Steve Albini.

- The CD version comes with a removable paper slipcase around the jewelcase which can be flipped around to provide two different versions of cover art.
- "The Remains of the Day" is titled after the acclaimed 1989 novel of the same name by Japanese-British author Kazuo Ishiguro.
