Youth wings of political parties are constituent parts of—or organisations closely associated with—a single political party open to members—and, sometimes, supporters (when they aren't members of rival parties)—of that party who are under a certain age—and, sometimes, who are students (regardless of age). This category also includes federations of such groups.
