Yotvata

Kibbutz Yotvata (Hebrew: יטבתה) is a kibbutz along the Arava road in the southern Negev in Israel.
It is one of the most successful and stable kibbutzim in Israel because of its famed dairy business and its chain of vegetarian-dairy restaurants. The dairies of Kibbutz Yahel, Lotan, and Ketura provide milk for Yotvata.
