Yolanda Barcina Angulo

Yolanda Barcina Angulo, born in 1960, has been the mayor of Pamplona, Spain since 1999.
In 2001, Mayor Barcina had a feud with actress Penelope Cruz about the San Fermín running of the bulls festival held every July in Pamplona.
