  • Sorry...I misunderstood your question. That's a good question re. trolling. I can't recall blocking anyone for pure trolling, just vandalism. I'm juggling a couple of things at the same time over on this end; sorry for the misunderstanding. I'll look into it. If there's a change in policy, I'm not aware of it.
