If this is true then it has to be the lamest thing , the bottom of the pit in the fitness culture , people who are so mentaly weak that they combine imagining they are excersising and doing zero ressistance movements that thicken thier core in order to slim it down (or do nothign at all) as an exuse to excersise , later they are going to the advanced level where the activity difficulty is matched with standing up , just the same as everyday ressistance!
