[edit] Suggestions/requests
1. I would suggest actually entering the discussion on the talkpage before requesting mediation. It is highly suspicious when a new user places a request for mediation before any other edits. 2. please use the correct terms, as you filed a request for mediation, not arbitration which are different processes on wikipedia. 3. Don't say you did something that you did not. I'm referring to when you claimed you reported users for personal attacks but did no such thing --Wildnox(talk) 23:18, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
1. That's the whole point. I cannot enter documented facts into discussion, because they delete (aka "archive" everything that does not comply with their POV. 2. Yeah, I'm new. 3. Still figuring out how to report them for personal attacks. Their hatred and bias, snide comments and outright censorship is disgusting.
- Alright, I see, sorta. Can you supply diffs(links to the edits listed on the history) where the users removed your information from the discussion? --Wildnox(talk) 00:22, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

- I will shortly.Ymous 18:17, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Incredulous
I am incredibly surprised at the request for mediation. I have no idea who you are or why you have created an account to come into a subject that you have no prior input into. I see no valid case for what you state and wonder what your real motivations are in this instance? I certainly have seen no editing that you refer to. Perhaps you can give a clear indication of someinstances where your "facts" have been edited or deleted? Candy 03:43, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
- I'm actually bored with this, but this is clearly ridiculous. First of all, I looked at your user contributions, and you never once posted anything to the discussion on Evolution. So how could anyone have censored you??? If you are making a case for an alter ego of yourself, then I'd like to know who you are. Orangemarlin 18:09, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
Truly, who cares who I am and how long I've been here, or what input I've contributed previously? What bearing does that have on anything?
The points are this:
1. I submit a documented, scientific fact that refutes evolution in the discussion area, and it gets deleted. 2. Agrippa, Filll or Titanium Dragon, revert/archive or deleted any factual information that discredits evolution. This is a conspiracy.

- We all care because we don't know anything of what it was that you supposedly added if we have no idea who you are. That is also why I requested diff above, to get a bearing on the situation. --Wildnox(talk) 04:16, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Evolution
Please stop leaving odd comments in the evolution article. -- Ec5618 18:40, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
- Just a little message. Removing the "Scientific critique of creationism" section from Creationism, as done here and here, may be seen as in violation of WP:POINT, especially with the edit summary seen in the first diff. Thanks, Dreaded Walrus 21:04, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Formal 3RR Warning
Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you.--Wildnox(talk) 21:38, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hoping to clear up some of the confusion
Some diff diving in Talk:Evolution suggests Ymous previously posted as 12.145.177.110 (talk • contribs). Here is the edit s/he seems to be complaining about. After some discussion, it was archived here.
Ymous: the discussion was archived because you brought up points that had already been discussed before you arrived. See the archives at the right of the grey box at the top of the talk page if you want to see earlier discussions. Nobody is out to get you or to quash scientific evidence of anything. Please assume good faith.
Your request for mediation was denied because some parties to the dispute declined mediation. This is how the mediation process works. Mediation is non-binding, and there is no point entering into mediation if any of the parties are unwilling to participate. Please read WP:RFM in its entirety for more information. Arbitration is a separate process that has the potential to produce binding results. If you feel that all other possibilities for dispute resolution have been exhausted, you may request arbitration. See WP:RFARB. I would not get your hopes up, however, as your edit was archived for a perfectly good reason (namely, that it covered ground already covered in the archives). You would be well advised to keep a cooler head and approach discussion under the assumption that other editors are acting in good faith. N6 06:23, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
