Ylber Hysa

Ylber Hysa is a member of the Assembly of Kosovo, a Serbian province currently under UN administration.[1] He is a member of the Reformist Party ORA, and for many years was the director of Kosovo Action for Civic Iniatives (KACI), a Kosovar Non-governmental organization.
