Please point to ONE source that says that, somehow, translations of titles into English is copyrighted. RickK 19:36, Jul 6, 2004 (UTC)

• First of all let's fix your grammar:"are" not "is" should be used used in that sentence of yours.

• Secondly, the titles are part of a body of someone's work which IS copyrighted. As ALL OF IT is copyrighted, thus when something is take from that BODY of WORK, it should be sourced back to that work or taken with EXPRESS PERMISSION.

• Thirdly, titles are not per se applicable to copyright UNLESS there is an amount of "creativity" employed - so that translations of titles (especially if they form a body of work) can be covered under copyright law. See http://starform.infj.ulst.ac.uk/BillsWeb/HCI/powerpoint/copyright.ppt
