Yew Tee MRT Station (NS5) is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit station on the North South Line in Singapore. It was built in 1995, together with the other stations of the Woodlands Extension.
Yew Tee Station is located in the northen part of Choa Chu Kang New Town. The station mainly serves the surrounding residential estates, which comprises mostly HDB heartlands, together with some private housing. The station is also utilised by workers from the Sungei Kadut Industrial Estate.
During evening peak hours on weekdays, some trains will terminate at platform B of the station to do a turnaround and arrive at platform A of the station to travel to back to Jurong East, which is a prominent interchange.
