Yeung Kai Yin

Yeung Kai Yin CBE JP (Traditional Chinese: 楊啟彥; Simplified Chinese: 杨启彦, 6 January 1941 - 8 February 2007) was Secretary for Education and Manpower, Secretary for Transport and Secretary for the Treasury of Hong Kong. He joined the Hong Kong Government as a Administrative Officer at 1962 and retired at 1993. At 1996, he served as chairman and chief executive of Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation.
