Yellow pine may refer to the following:
- Certain pines (Pinus) in the subgenus Pinus subgenus Pinus:
- In American forestry, a term for several closely related species of pine with yellow tinted wood, including Loblolly Pine, Slash Pine, Shortleaf Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Jeffrey Pine and several others. More than one of these species may occur at any one site, with the term 'yellow pine forests' typically used in forestry and ecology to describe such forests or stands that contain more than one of these species.
- In the United Kingdom, 'yellow pine' was sometimes used in the timber trade in the past for the wood of several additional pines, including Scots Pine and Eastern White Pine.
