Yelena Zhupiyova (Russian: Елена Жупиёва) (born April 18, 1960) is a Soviet athlete who competed mainly in the 10,000 metres.
She competed for Soviet Union in the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul, South Korea in the 10,000 metres where she won the bronze medal.
