Raven has a vision that a guy name Gabriel in her photography class will say: "Rae I always want you to be my girlfriend" so she drops several hints to make him invite her to the medieval themed school dance but it doesn't work. Ben Sturky has been following her all day so he can ask her to the dance, but Raven hides from him. She fell sorry for him so she accepts to go with him. Minutes later Gabriel calls her and invites her. She agrees to go and now has two dates: one with Ben Sturky and one with Gabriel. Later at the dance, she has to keep switching back and forth to be with both guys. Later, she sees Gabriel leave, and follows him. She sees Gabriel talking with his ex-girlfriend, Rachel. He told Rachel that he only asked Raven to the dance because he feels sorry for her and he Rachel to be his girlfriend, not Raven. Raven realizes she did the same thing to Ben and tells him the truth.

At the scene when Raven is trying to run away from Ben, she is wearing a black shirt with some red on it. But in the next scene when she tries asking Gabriel to go to the dance with her, she is wearing the Loves to Dance shirt, and then she keeps wearing that shirt until the dance night.
