Yaroslav Vynokur

Yaroslav Vynokur (born June 6, 1974) is a professional billiards player from Ukraine. Yaroslav plays Russian billiards; he is two times Champion of Ukraine and Absolute Champion of the World. Yaroslav was born and lives in Odesa, Ukraine.

His best sports achievements are:
- Absolute Сhampion of the World, 2003 (St.Petersburg, Russia).
- Silver prizewinner of the World Championship 2001 (Vilnius, Lithuania).
- Silver prizewinner of the European Championship 2002 (Minsk, Belarus).
- Champion of Ukraine, 2003, 2004.
- Champion of Eurasia, 2003 (Karaganda, Kazakhstan).
- Champion of Asia Open Cup 2002 (Almaty, Kazakhstan).

Yaroslav started playing billiards when he was 14 and turned professional when he was 21 (1995).
Besides Russian billiards he also played pool, but not too much, his best achievement was 25 place on the European Championship.
Yaroslav is also the joint owner of the billiards club "Odyn" (One) in Odesa, which is the largest billiards club in Ukraine being 1,500 square metres large and having Russian billiards, pool and snooker tables.
