Yap Kwan Seng

Yap Kwan Seng (1846 - 1902) was the last Chinese kapitan of Kuala Lumpur from 1889 to 1902. After his death in 1902, the position of kapitan was abolished. A street called Jalan Yap Kwan Seng in Kuala Lumpur is named after him.
