Yang Hui (楊輝, c. 1238 - c. 1298) was a Chinese mathematician who worked on magic squares and binomial theorem. One contribution of his is "Yang Hui's Triangle" which is the same as Pascal's Triangle, discovered independently by Yang Hui or a predecessor of his.
