Yang Chuantang

Yang Chuantang (Simplified Chinese: 杨传堂) is the vice-director of the National Commission of Ethnic Affairs of the People's Republic of China. He was governor of Qinghai Province from January to December 2004, and party secretary of the committee for Tibet Autonomous Region from December 2004 to May 2006.
