Yancey, Texas

Yancey, Texas is a town located in Medina County, Texas. It is approximately 12 miles south of Hondo, Texas. According to the 2006-07 Texas Almanac, it had a population of 209 people in 2000. According to an online community profile, Yancey has a population of 649 people. [1]
