Yan Chai Hospital Chiu Tsang Hok Wan Primary School (仁濟醫院趙曾學韞小學) is a co-educational primary school on the Tsing Yi Island of Hong Kong, located in Tsing Yi Estate near Fung Shue Wo Road. It is founded by Yan Chai Hospital, a charity hospital in Tsuen Wan in September 1989 and the third school of the hospital. The school received a sum of 500 000 Hong Kong dollars from a Hong Kong notably businesswomen and entropChiu Tsang Hok Wan (趙曾學韞) and is thus named after her.

While the school is operated by Yan Chai Hospital, the school is funded by Hong Kong Government. Upon the completion of school Chiu became the supervisor as well as permanent advisor.

The school firmly upholds the belief of "Service to the Community in the Spirit of Benevolence" with an aim to providing a holistic education for the pupils so that they can be nurtured in a state of balance with morality, intellectual education, physical education, sociability and aesthetic education. It is also the purpose of the school that the pupils be taught according to their capabilities so that they can develop their potentials to the full, foster a good character and build up a positive attitude towards life.

In order to meet the new standard of Hong Kong schools, the Hong Kong Government built an annex of the school building in 1999.
Originally the school was divided into morning school and afternoon school. In September 2001, it became a whole-day school.
