Actually, it is Mount Canlaon which was created earlier, but in our province in Negros we usually use the Kanlaon word with the K instead of the C that is why I tried to change it, but past editors seemed not to bother changing it to a C. I am sorry because I am a neophyte.

Hi, as Kanlaon seems to have been created earlier and seems to have more contributors, why not merge the contents of Mount Canlaon into Kanlaon and make Mount Canlaon into a redirect instead? btw, if you revert the changes being made more than thrice within 24 hours, it may be considered a violation of WP:3RR and hence you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
