The Yamaha Wave Blaster was a personal water craft produced by Yamaha from 1993 to 1996. It was 1 person PWC, but 2 people could ride on it carefully. The craft was primarily designed to sit down on, but more sporty riders would stand up - like on a motocross bike.The craft sported a 701cc 2 stroke, 2 cylinder motor, single carburator and had a jet proplusion system - similar to all other PWC's. In 1996, Yamaha added 2 carburators to the Wave Blaster, resulting in slightly more horsepower. the Wave Blaster has been described by many as "the closest thing to riding a motorcycle on the water as you can get". The Wave Blaster was / is truly as "Blast" to ride.
