I have responded on your talk page. I don't see why I must back up my claim made to a list of reported sightings, yet somehow you are immune yourself. — Yama 16:18, 8 September 2005 (UTC)

If someone wants to correct me on my claims, then great, so as long as there's proof extant to that end. And no, I'm not a lawyer, but prior to the Nine Network obtaining the screening rights, Channel Ten aired the Star Wars films , along with the Holiday Special. Ergo, I strongly doubt that the ABC could've aired the Holiday Special on 'Recovery' - at least, in its entirety. I suspect that it may have been excerpted, though (that makes more sense from a legal standpoint, as it'd come under 'fair use' for journalistic purposes) - it'd be pretty much along the lines of what the show covered (like Monkey, as you pointed out).
