Wikipedia and me

So, you want to know what I do at Wikipedia?

The earliest contribution I can remember and track down was rewriting the profile for Chaos on the Sonic Adventure article, under my IP address. That was in May 2006. After a while, I decided to create this account, just for the sake ofefficiency, but for a while, still ended up IP editing... After a while, I became more and more of a community member, and before long, I got to where I am now, an editor and a member of the community that, despite my edits not being noticed that much and people taking my actions for granted, are all over certain areas if you look hard enough.

I am mostly a WikiGnome. When I'm bored, I fix things like double redirects, make minor edits here and there to articles, and remove unnecessary content from articles. I also like just hunting around for pages that need work, or editing articles whenever I have information that I think could improve the subject at hand.

When I'm not Wikignoming, I concentrate on gaming (hardware and software), some music, japanese culture (pop music, anime and manga, etc), and various other things here and there the subjects of which elude me. If I edit any other kind of article, it is likely I reached there through Special:Random, or clicking a couple of wikilinks starting from an article in which I have knowledge.

When I'm really bored and have nothing to do on Wikipedia, I parse through Special:Linksearch. Some sites have the interesting property of being added to articles even when not necessary. Some examples are *.myspace.com, *.digg.com, *.invisionfree.com, *.youtube.com, etc. It's not something I do too often, but... Meh, whatever.

[edit] Thanks

Thanks to ReyBrujo for permission to copy the formatting and layout of my userpage and all subpages, and to all who have taken the time to come here and take a look around because of the time it took to get all this done..
