Yūichi Suzumoto (涼元悠一 Suzumoto Yūichi?, born January 13, 1969) is a male Japanese novelist from Shizuoka, Japan. As of 2006, he works for Leaf, under the publishing company Aquaplus. Before going to Leaf, Suzumoto worked at Key, under the publishing company Visual Art's, as a writer for the scenarios used in Key's titles. He is notable for having had a hand in the production of Kanon, Air, Clannad, and Planetarian: Chiisana Hoshi no Yume.
