[edit] Image:ScarboroughLighthouse.JPG

Are you Keir Gravil? If not, are you sure that he has released it for use anywhere for any purpose, even commercially and altered? --Rory096 03:28, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

I have released it as such, but if anybody does use it I would be grateful if
they would give me some credit for it. Xtrememachineuk 23:43, 25 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image:University of newcastle upon tyne2.gif

Hi, could you fill in the fair use rationale as required for Image:University of newcastle upon tyne2.gif. Also, you might find {{univ-logo}} more appropriate. -- Jon Dowland 11:57, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image:GNERservicemap.jpg

Thanks for putting together this map - it's very useful. Just one thing, though - I think you mean "Principal GNER services" rather than "Principle GNER services". I don't think trains can have principles... Lincolnite 13:16, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Dean of York

You seem to have contributed to York Minster and I was wondering if you could help with the list here. Neddyseagoon - talk 15:19, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

  • Hello. Re: User_talk:Jdowland#GNER_Principal_Service_Routes_Map - I'm think you might be mixing me up with someone else, I've not been involved with any GNER-pages or much in the way of railways on wikipedia. Regarding this case, User:Js12 tagged the picture in question on 4 Jan 2007; Wikipedia:Copyright_problems says Pages should stay listed for a minimum of 7 days before a decision is made.. 7 days have passed, but that page also says administrators should remove the notice, and that there's a backlog, which would explain the delay. I expect uploading the original file somewhere would help to clear things up, though. Anyway, thanks for contributing! -- Jon Dowland 19:51, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
