xplorer² is a dual-pane file and information manager for all 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems. It offers the advanced functionality of Orthodox File Managers through an interface similar to the familiar Windows Explorer. Some of its salient features are customizability, tabs within each pane, advanced file search combined with the functionality of "scrap containers", and "robust transfer", i.e., the ability to handle and queue copy and move operations in a secure way.

Apart from the commercial version of the program, xplorer² Professional, there is also xplorer² Lite, which is free for personal and academic use. Three features of the Professional version not present in the Lite version are advanced search, scrap containers and robust transfer.

xplorer² is developed by Nikos Bozinis. The latest version (November 2006) is 1.65.
