Do you have an IRC RC feed running? -- Tawker 04:54, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

Not at this time, unfortunately. Don't have access to it on this machine. If you'd prefer to discuss this offsite for confidentiality reasons, I can wait. --Xoid 05:01, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Lets see if this works...

Hereyougo UD's user page is a near-exact dump of the CheckUser log from another wiki I happen to edit at. Is it possible to:

  1. Get him banned, immediately.
  2. Get the IP that he used when making that account.
  3. Have that page deleted via the oversight feature?

Xoid 07:35, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Tag it with {{db|This is a checkuser log from http://wiki.urbandead.com and is violating several users privacies}} or I will find an administrator to try and delete it.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 07:41, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
I have deleted the page and blocked the user. You can request oversight at the e-mail address listed at Wikipedia:Requests for oversight. You may also be able to request the IP in the e-mail about oversight, and you could also send an e-mail to info-en@wikimedia.org I believe is the e-mail address. Getting the IP is less likely, but there should be no problem with having it oversighted. —Centrxtalk • 07:44, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
$5 says it's just another proxy IP, regardless, our rogue sysop has a penchant for using them. Ironic how he accuses us of violating people's privacy yet posts that. –Xoid 07:50, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] I just wanted to say "thank you" for your vote on "the noob"

You had a well reasoned argument, and as the last entry may have been the one that tilted the discussion into the "no consensus" realm. Thanks for the keep vote - Timmccloud 23:46, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The noob vote - overridden comment

While I was cleaning up the mess User:Wizardbrad made with his now-blocked sockpuppets, you edited the page (diff). Because your concern did not apply anymore after my edits, I removed it from the page, as I did with Kizor's edit to notify others about the sock puppetry. I hope you don't mind. --Krator 01:11, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
