Xing Cai (星彩) is a fictional character in the Dynasty Warriors video game series, based on Liu Shan's two empresses, both of whom were Zhang Fei's daughters.

Daughter of Zhang Fei, Xing Cai was married to Liu Chan (as he is called in the games), ruler of Shu and her father's nephew by oath.

She is depicted as a warrior who wields a two-pronged fork called the "Ambition," her goal in life being to protect her husband's country in her father's stead. Xing Cai loved hunting and was very ambitious, curious and a bit shy. It is suggested that Xing Cai and Guan Ping, adoptive son of Guan Yu, had some romantic tension. Together with Guan Ping, she is portrayed as the future of Shu.

Xing Cai is currently the only character entirely made up by Koei in recent Dynasty Warriors games. The other characters are either real-life persons or possibly fictional characters in the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
