Xigazê (Shigatse) (Tibetan: གཞིས་ཀ་རྩེ་ས་ཁུལ་; Wylie: gzhis-ka-rtse sa khul; simplified Chinese: 日喀则地区; pinyin: Rìkāzé Dìqū) is a prefecture of Tibet Autonomous Region in China.

The administrative center of the prefecture is the city of Shigatse (Xigazê).

Some of the towns in the prefecture: Tingri (Tingri County), Nyalam (Nyalam County).

The prefecture is roughly located within the historical Tsang Province of the old Tibet.
