Xiao Yang

Xiao Yang (Chinese: 肖扬; Pinyin: Xiāo Yáng; born August 1938) is the President of the Supreme People's Court of China.

Xiao Yang was boin in Heyuan, Guangdong in 1938. He received his LL.B degree from Renmin University of China Department of Law in 1962.

Xiao Yang was the Ministry of Justice from 1993 to 1998. He was elected as the President of the Supreme People's Court in 1998 to replace Ren Jianxin and was re-elected in 2003 for the second term.
