XE Mobile is a mobile phone service launched in the United States in April 2006. The company is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator and operates on the Cingular Wireless GSM network.

XE Mobile targets college students and is an affiliate of Triple Five Group which owns namesakes such as the Mall of America.

XE Mobile offers a service called "XE Club" or "XE Club Card". XE Club offers coupons and discounts to its customers. Targeting typical college campus stores, internet merchants, and larger national businesses such as Urban Outfitters, Target Corporation and Barnes & Noble.

  • XE offers International calling. You must add "Allover Dollars" to be able to use the service.
  • XE Club VIP Card included with each phone, providing access to a large Youth Discount Program (savings at over 20,000 locations).
  • Currently no data, downloads, or picture messaging services are offered by XE Mobile. The company claims this is being worked on. Text messaging is the only data feature. All plans include free incoming text messages.
