Xavier Hospital was a hospital that operated in Dubuque, Iowa. It was located in the northern part of the city on Windsor Ave, and with Finley Hospital and Mercy Hospital was one of three hospitals in the city of Dubuque.

In 1981 the Sisters of St. Francis closed Xavier Hospital, and its operations were absorbed into Mercy Medical Center. The former hospital building is today a retirement home known as Windsor Park.
