[edit] Reminder of Wikipedia rules

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert a single page more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) [edit] POV

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Israel. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. -- pm_shef 01:21, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Deir Yassin

  • The Deir Yassin incident certainly does merit mention in the Israel article. The problem is, your addition phrased with an extremely blatant and obvious negative point of view. As an encyclopedia, additions to Wikipedia need to at all times conform to the neutral point of view policy. I suggest you read that page first, then try again, it might be a good idea to post your proposed addition on the talk page before putting it into the article. Just remember that since the incident has its own article, any mention in the Israel article should probably not be more than a sentence or two, rather than a long explanation. Hope that helps! -- pm_shef 01:36, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Please

  • Sources, not Hamas propoganda, make a good Wikipedia article. Thank you. TheDavesr 20:38, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
