Founded in 1998, XacBank (sounds like "Hass-Bank" in English) is a community development bank and microfinance institution in Mongolia, and is headquartered in Ulaanbaatar. [1]

By 2005, XacBank had disbursed 138,415 loans through 37 branches, and its staff had grown to 506 people. It now offers 14 types of loan products and seven types of savings products, each tailored to the unique needs of rural Mongolians. In addition, XacBank is pioneering the use of roaming banking centers that travel to isolated areas where residents might otherwise have no banking options. [2]
