When (and where) was the decision to move this article to a section in the MIB article made? X is a major character in series two and three and if comparitively minor characters like Tooms merit individual articles then so does X.

Until someone links me to a page where the discussion to downgrade him to just another MIB, I'm restoring this article. WarmasterKron 22:56, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
