Hail, and well-met!
My name is X`terrania. I usually frequent this amazing -- put together and held together by a force stronger than super glue -- website. Whenever I visit these boards, my main subjects are usually history or anything communist related. Below is a mini biography on things I like and dislike.
Singers, songs, singers, songs, singers, songs, and singers! The one thing that never bores me. I have so many singers that I love, but I will only mention a few. Leonard Cohen, Tupac Shakur, Willie Nelson, and At The Drive-In. I like thousands of songs, but just to fill in the space I'll name a few a few that I really enjoy. They are: "198d," "Ghetto Gospel, " "Farenheit," "One Armed Scissors," "Hold Your Head," and "Fuck The Law."
My favorite movie of all time would have to be The Big Lebowski, although, I do like Scarface, and Walk The Line. The Big Lebowski is just another hilarious Coen film, which features the constant use of the word "dude," and "f*ck." Scarface is just a great gangster movie about a man who rises to power (Pacino). And Walk The Line is somewhat of a documentary on Johnny Cash's life. It takes place during his starting years, from his rocky drug addiction and unsteady marriage.
A few of my favourite books would be The Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and 1984. Romance is based on an older part of China's history, and a few games have adapted its wonderful stories. Nineteen Eighty-Four is a famous political book that developed such terms as Thought Police, Big Brother and Room 101. Recently I've been addicted to a wonderful series called The Wheel of Time, by Robert Jordan. It's a fantasy series, full of non-stop action. And the best thing of all is that it has over 10 books, so it'll take you a long time to get through them all, meaning that it'll imprint itself to be be an everlasting chapter in your life.
And a few of my favourite actors would have to be Morgan Freeman, Nicholas Cage, John Travolta, and Ian Mckellen But my all time favourite actor would have to be Gene Hackman. And while we're on the actorish side, I guess my favourite comedian would have to be George Carlin. I mean, come on! Who doesn't enjoy Carlin's rants!?
