WXCL (FM 104.9) is a country music radio station licensed to Pekin, Illinois and owned by JMP Media, a subsidiary of Triad Broadcasting.

104.9 signed on the air in the early 70's as WZRO with an oldies format. This format was not successful and the station adopted an automated country muisc format ftom Drake-Chaulnalt called Great American Country.
During the 1980s, the 104.9 frequency was WKQA, known as "Q-105". programming an adult contemporary format. WXCL was formerly on AM 1350; after WKQA was discontinued, WXCL simulcast on AM and FM for several years in the 1990s as WXCL (AM) and WXCL-FM. WXCL was later replaced on AM by WOAM, leaving WXCL only on FM. Since being bought by JMP Media, WXCL has used the on-air nickname 104.9 The Wolf.
