We had a similar discussion about kilobit, megabyte, kibibyte, and so on, and decided to keep the articles separate but put a navigational template on them. See Talk:Binary_prefix#Consolidate_all_the_little_articles and other sections after that one. I made a similar navigation template for the bit rates, and I am happy with the way it is. — Omegatron 13:42, 13 September 2005 (UTC)

Added to WP:TOL talk - Generally no, as they are not very meaningful; a zone 8 oceanic climate such as Shetland is very different to a zone 8 continental climate such as northern Florida, and the plants that will grow in them are completely different. All that the two share is the same winter minimum temperature, nothing else - MPF 00:36, 22 September 2005 (UTC)

They have filmed Foyle's War: Series IV and it is due out November 2005 on ITV according to visithastings.com > Attractions > Foyle's War.

You're welcome. lol, I was thinking you were in the US... I'll try to explain it in fewer than a thousand words :P... PBS is an American nationwide non-profit, commercial-free, public broadcast TV network. It has mostly "intellectual" type shows, such as NOVA, Nature, Masterpiece Theatre, Mystery!, Frontline, Scientific American Frontiers, and the like. They also operate NPR radio. They sometimes co-produce programs with the BBC, which eventually show on both PBS, and BBC 4. --Wulf 16:12, 7 October 2005 (UTC)

The MOS (helpfully) says: "Possessives of singular nouns ending in s may be formed with or without an additional s. Either form is generally acceptable within Wikipedia. I would try going to that mojibake page using Internet Explorer. I beleive that Internet Explorer will inform you of the problem and ask if your would like to download the proper language set for it. I beleive that once it's installed it should work in Firefox as well as the rest of your applications. I'm not too sure though as I don't run Windows very often. Good luck.
