WTHT

WTHT was the call sign of a radio station operated by The Hartford Times newspaper in Hartford, Connecticut (USA). The station operated on a frequency of 1230 khz AM and was first licensed in the thirties to serve the Greater Hartford area.
WTHT-FM came on the air on March 29, 1948 on a frequency of 106.1 Mhz with the tower located on the Heublein Tower on Avon Mountain in Avon, CT.
