WSYR-AM is a 5,000 watt radio station licensed to Syracuse, New York. Owned and operated by Clear Channel Communications, it broadcasts a talk radio format. Referred to as "News Radio 570 WSYR," it shares news and resources with sister TV station WSYR-TV.

[edit] Weekday Programming

WSYR's programming, particularly the combination of Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity, is characteristic of most of Clear Channel's news talkers. Michael Savage, who was replaced by progressive talker Ed Schultz in August 2005, is now heard on rival WFBL.
