[edit] ideogram and pictogram

In the writing system article, we read that "A writing system is a type of symbolic system used to represent elements or statements expressible in language." Ideogram and pictogram do not represent language. So it seems misleading to have ideogram and pictogram in the temple. Cheers.--K.C. Tang 15:12, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

I suppose, yet it amounts to written communication. It's the basis of cuniform and hieroglyphs, so I'll seperate it insto seperate section on the template. The ikiroid (talk·desk·Advise me) 19:18, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
