Talk:WSM (AM)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Perhaps this article should be moved to WSM-AM? This is to be consistent with other AM stations I have seen with a dash not parenthesis. Please disregard this if I am being ignorant to policy. — Ilγαηερ (Tαlκ) 18:18, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)

  • No, there is no such thing as a "-AM" suffix. AM stations get the call letters by default. Other forms of radio transmission get the suffixes "-FM", "-TV", etc. Therefore, it should stay [[WSM (AM}]]. Zpb52 00:52, Jun 24, 2005 (UTC)

I corrected the first air date to 1925 per WSM's website Catfishal 23:07, Nov 25 2006 (UTC)
