Writers Guild of America Award

Annual awards given out by the Writers Guild of America for outstanding achievements in film, TV, or radio writing. In 2004, the show was broadcast on television for the first time in its history.
Simultaneous awards ceremonies are held in New York City and Los Angeles by the Writers Guild of America, East and Writers Guild of America, west, respectively.
