[edit] Summary

Illustrates how performance of turns may vary according to notation, so that the broader picture of "taste and context" can be illustrated more precisely. There is companion image showing a late turn as symbol and written out. The late turn is the most common of the two and is excellently illustrated in the new article on "ornaments(music)"

The music print is made with Lilypond (Open Source Musical Print generator) It is written and generated by me, so I, Donald Axel, am the copyright holder.
