[edit] Enemies

  • Demonic Apprentices: Humans who serve evil in their training academy have the opportunity to destroy their humanity and become demons themselves. With each successful accomplishment in their training, they receive a chivron on their arm. The final task in accomplishing the final chivron is by killing an innocent. Only by doing this can they truly become a demon.

[edit] Spells

  • Lost and Found Spell: Guiding spirit I seek your charity. Lend me your focus and clarity. Lead me to the one I cannot find. Restore that and my peace of mind.
  • To Cancel Lost and Found Spell: I return what I didn't want to find. Let it be out of sight, out of mind.
  • To Find a Lost Love: Whither my Love, wherever you be. Through time and space. Take my heart nearer to thee.
  • To Find Tom: Show me the path I cannot find. To save Tom and restore Prue's peace of mind.

[edit] Trivia

  • This episode title is a play on words to the saying when someone is suffering from inner troubles is said to be "wrestling with his/her inner demons", and is also a play on the famous Bret Hart documentary Wrestling With Shadows.
  • Prue and Piper discover that Phoebe didn't vanquish Belthazor after all in this episode.
  • WCW stars Booker T, Scott Steiner, and Buff Bagwell appear as Kellman's wrestlers.
  • We discover that Grams had a dog named Rasputin, until it ran away seven years before this episode.
  • In the episode Heartbreak City, Cupid lists all of Prue's past relationships, but Tom was not mentioned.
  • After Phoebe casts the "Lost and Found" spell, she gets her brown hair back for this episode.
  • As shown in Primrose Empath Prue could channel her telekinesis into her fighting. She said she got a taste of what her future powers would be like. Here, she displays the same fighting from that episode.
  • In this episode, we find out that Prue did not trust Cole. Concidentally, later on, it is Paige who does not trust Cole.
