[edit] About me
I'm a language student, originally from England, currently in France.
That aside, I'm also a Scout/Guide leader, martial arts student, pagan and ecologist (also known as a treehugger ;)
I use Wikipedia fairly regularly for research and following random trains of thought (oh the joys of broadband!)
I created an account here mostly so that I could do translations (it's good practice for me and hopefully useful for others) and also because I'm a grammar nitpick and typos make me twitch.
I deal with words, not coding. I have limited knowledge of HTML and little to no knowledge of wikipedia's specific coding.
I'm hoping to improve this over time, in the meanwhile please accept my apologies and feel free to tidy up anything I've done.
My editing/translation/etc is likely to be sporadic, according to other commitments. If anyone needs to contact me, use the talk page. E-mail if it's urgent.
[edit] Languages
In the case of Italian, Norwegian and Spanish, I read a lot better than I write. I apologise in advance for my grammar.
If there's anyone out there who'd be willing to help me practice these, I'd be very grateful.

Thi's user know's that not every word that end's with s need's an apostrophe and will remove misused apostrophe's from Wikipedia with extreme prejudice. [sic] |

My ambition is quite simple: I want to go everywhere and see everything!
