Talk:WPTT

The move to the new frequency is fact. That they are moving so as to get a stronger signal and therefore more market. The pice about left versus right is all POV. Especially characterizing KDKA as left (Mike Pintack being but one obvious exception). Further "... after getting the OK from the FCC" is unnecessary, as the radio station (not being a pirate station) would not be able to switch frequencies any other way.
The original content that I modified was:
The station is currently in the process of switching signals with WAVL-AM, going from AM 1360 to the stronger AM 910, after getting the OK from the FCC. This move is being done so that the station, which has an even amount of liberal and conservative talk (a rarity on radio), can compete better with the right (WPGB-FM) and the left (longtime market leader KDKA-AM). This is expected to be finished sometime in 2006.
