The wording of this template implies one needs permission for something, when I don't see evidence that this is the case. It's fine to tell people they're asked to discuss additions of sub-cats (discussion is always good), but we shouldn't say pre-approval is mandatory. Also, the link they follow to make the proposal is a red-link. Surely, the link target should have been created before adding this template everywhere. --rob 11:49, 24 October 2005 (UTC)
