  • Standard usage:

  • This template takes three optional parameters. The first is the current month and year. The second is the signature of the copyeditor, which should be provided as the standard four tildes: ~~~~. The third is the signature of the proofer, which should also be provided as the standard four tildes: ~~~~.
  • The template should be placed on the Talk Page of an article in a comment with an appropriate heading. For example:
